Lisa Robbin Young

Title of Talk : Enoughness and the Marginalization Tax

With so many corporate giants chasing growth for growth’s sake, there are millions of people turning to entrepreneurship not to make billions, but just to sustain themselves. But what does enoughness really look like? Lisa shares a formula she’s used to help clients find their “Enoughness Number” even in the face of what she calls the Marginalization Tax - the added price marginalized folks must pay just to sustain themselves. Lisa Robbin Young is the author of Creative Freedom: How to own your dreams without selling your soul - a guide to personal and financial success as a creative entrepreneur (http://creativefreedombook.com). She’s an award-winning speaker, best-selling business author, and accomplished musician with multiple albums to her credit. Lisa founded her business consultancy to support unconventional entrepreneurs who want to make their mark on the world profitably and sustainably. Lisa's been featured in print, online, and on TV - including a reality series on Disney+. Lisa believes that the best way to be truly successful in life and business is to be yourself – warts, sparkles, and all.
